Progress on Defect Rectification

Defect rectification memang slow. Aku dah hanget, terus bangun awal2 pagi buta menaip surat complain kat CEO, COO dgn Management team diorang. Alhamdulillah ada significant response dari pihak diorang dan mula la mereka cipta cerita. Aku memang takkan recommend korang beli dengan Uda Land sebab quality wise memang teruk. Finishing was done poorly, workmanship performed mcm orang yang tak professional langsung. To add more misery to our case, Manager diorang pon sangat tak professional nk attend complaint.

Ni gambar masa kami datang dengan representative dari developer office as well as diorang punya contractor. Katanya, contractor ni akan ambik alih dari contraactor lama sebab yang lama tak perform. Semua ni alasan ajer, aku tak percaya langsung. Oversight dgn monitoring tak dibuat oleh management, memang takkan jalan kerja tu. Abg ipar aku yang banyak bagi diorang headache. Hahaha..

Tips : Once dah lodge complaint, please follow through complain korang anf\d make sure diorang adhered to the timeline. Kalau tak, submit official complaint and ugut nk rectify sendiri as per term and condicition dalam Sale and Purchase agreement.
