Most of our lampu kami beli di CIMA Lighting, reason being sebab dekat dan dgn rumah. Kami dah merantau ke merata tempat looking for the right lamp.  Dari ke Puchong, Cheras, Keramat hingga ke segala mak nenek exhibition. Rata2, di exhibition nie, price xde la murah sangat unless untuk clearance item. Cuma aku piker kalau ada problem nk tukar tu jauh sangat dgn rumah. So beli yang dekat dengan rumah, lagipon tgh ada promotion di CIMA nie. Tapi before beli lampu nie, aku cadang korang start with site visit kat rumah, tgk practicality and visualise dulu baru beli lampu. Lampu ni ada mcm2 jenis and effect, kalau pandai pilih nescaya cantik rumah korang, tapi kalau nk mudah serah pada Interior Designer. Hahahaha. Lampu rumah aku nie kebanyakkan beli lepas consultation dgn ID dulu.

Kitchen Cabinet.. Part 1

Kitchen cabinet, aku engaged dgn Dapurku ID jugak sebab diorng ni specialized in kitchen cabinet sebenarnya tapi kitorang make use of their skills on designing the house as well as layout plan rumah. Sebab ape diorang? Reason being, they are very professional, flexible, easy to deal with, transparent and most important is budget fit. Anyway, untuk golongan org mcm kami ni, budget is the main constaint la. They will explain kat korang ape material yang diorng pakai, sebab ape mahal, quality level, and kalau korang nk less quality pon ade jer, tapi diorang akan explain sebab ape murah dan akan cuba buat ikut budget korang. Kami suka dgn approach yang Asharida – their designer (a.k.a : Kak Asha), she can articulate, put herself in our shoe and designed the kitchen based on our preferences and practicality of a kitchen area. Any challenges, dia akan consult dulu dgn kitorang and proposed/recommend the best solution. Anyway, ni design kitchen kami, after due consideration kami decided to remove toilet di area kitchen tu and kekalkan structure yang lain sebab sayang nk buang banyak sangat.

Serah Kunci Rumah Baru

The house that we bought is in Cheras area. Kunci kami dapat pada 30 June 2013, setelah delay about almost 6 months than expected date. Mula2 masa handover of the keys tu, make sure jgn sebarangan sign surat semasa penyerahan kunci dibuat. Make sure revisit balik SPA korang before ke develepor office nk ambik kunci. Kira any cost of delays on our part as a purchaser ad their as the developer. Make sure semua invoice yang diorg bil tu betul ke tidak, some time delays documentation yang bukan sebab purchaser pon developer charged. So make sure checked betul2 invoice tu and mintak justification dari diorg. Macam kes kami, kami entitle for Liquidate Ascertain Damaged sebab developer lambat deliver project. Ada jugak penalty charged sebab lambat bagi documentation kat lawyer, dalam RM1,000 jugak. So mintak clarification dan pastikan prepare la cheque untuk payment semua cost untuk penyerahan kunci.  Bila dah buat payment untuk deposit air, deposit electric, maintenance fee (if applicable) dgn settlement of any late penalty charges, baru korang dapat kunci ni.
